Join us for this fast paced virtual exploration that will highlight the purpose, motivation and sustainability of promoting REAL WORLD opportunities for today’s students to navigate career exploration.
First up- Purpose: Assistant Superintendent Greg Sears of Forest Hills School District, will discuss and illustrate the challenges that are being presented for today’s educators to bring students and communities together to answer the evolving economic needs throughout Ohio. Greg will provide the purpose and discuss today’s Learner Profile.

Second– Enjoy hearing from graduates of the Experieneship program discuss their motivation, purpose and learning that occurred during their opportuni
ties. This session will be hosted by Grant Gazar, a FHSD graduate and University of Cincinnati Sports Management major who is currently interning with FHSD and FCC. Grant will lead a virtual discussion with two community partners who provide support to students and you will hear firsthand from both students and employers.
Last but not least-
How does this work behind the scenes? Donna Lauver FHSD Community Partner Advisor, and Brian Robinson, FHSD Secondary Curriculum Director will do a brief overview of the sustainability, training and the Ohio Readiness Seal implementation into a robust format that directly connects students and employers. Experiences are all personalized for students and the employers to create win-win scenarios. Learn how you as an employer can be connected to a successful experience.
